How make it converge to a very low loss? #111

When I choose backbone IR_101, it goes very well and converge to a very low loss like 0.00002.

But When I choose backbone EfficientNetB0 or mobile net, it is very hard to converge to a very small loss. EfficientB0 will converge to 3.x or 4.x, prec@1 96.x prec@97.x. MobileFace will converge to 6.x or 7.x with prec@1 94.x and pre@5 96.x

How to make it converge to a lower loss?

It's really difficult!
