add secrect verify cmd and stop upload retry when access key or signature invalid #280

I want to check SecretID and SecretKey valid before upload.
when receive msg "[code 403] The access key Id format you provided is invalid." or "[code 403] The Signature you specified is invalid.", it should stop retry.
format message output when success or fail.
