Which effect are you using? Can you paste the code that doesn't work?

I’m using net, the code available on the website vanta.js.com is the one i’m usimg. I don’t understand which element is to be used in #your-element-selector for a background animation

#your-element-selector is the element you'd like to add the background to. In vantajs.com, it's the container element. That element can have children -- those children will still appear in the foreground.

(Good point though, the instructions aren't clear about which element that's supposed to be.)
