How often Teslamate creates an entry in the addresses database

Question for the developers,

How often Teslamate creates an entry in the addresses table/database when there is a known/previously registered address nearby?

1. Does it check for any previously recorded addresses in the existing addresses database before creating an entry

• If so what is the tolerance/distance limit before creating such a new address entry
• If such a tolerance/distance limit exist - Can it be controlled?

FYI : I am not asking about the geofencing feature which is a different thing.
