Bad error if Tessel in use #138

Running tiny router application, tried to simultaneously run tessel wifi -l

Got this error:

➜  ~  tessel wifi -l
TESSEL? ERR! { [Error: LIBUSB_ERROR_ACCESS] errno: -3 }

A more helpful error would be "Tessel is currently in use. Make sure there are no programs currently running on Tessel and try again."
