"kitchen login" to an uncreated box throws 'ssh' help #375

Minor issue, but a little confusing: if you try to "kitchen login" to a box that's not created, you get the usage output from the ssh command. Instead, I'd expect to see an error that the kitchen hasn't been created yet.

Another possibility might be making login dependent on the create state.
