Punk Buster GUID and Steam ID

I would like a this feature added due to the anti cheat site I am running.

The idea is a player cannot play unless the GUID or SteamID has been entered 
in. If there is no GUID/SteamID the player is illegible to play.

Also in the admin area i would like to see the list of the player names with 
the GUID's where i can run a check to see if they are on the banlist I run.

Alias - PB GUID - Steam ID - Check PB Guid (button)-(Check Steamid) - 

i'll sort out a json or api for the PB GUID and I have contacted vacbans to see 
if they have an api for this situation.

If there can be a Bans page to publish who have been banned from the league 
would be fantastic to.
