How do I send a request using dns like envoy's dynamic forward proxy without setting up an extra cluster?

How can I extend proxy-wasm if it is not supported at present, thank!

you can't not because of this SDK, but the limitation of proxy-wasm. Instead you can configure a cluster with a proper address resolution.
