Mysql2 dialect not passing 'compress' option #843

Since mysql2 support compression, knex should pass that flag, but it doesn't.
The exact location is at lib/dialects/mysql2/index.js line 15:

var configOptions = ['user', 'database', 'host', 'password', 'port', 'ssl', 'connection', 'stream'];
