record audio seems not working & loads forever

Hello, i'm having a trouble with the record audio function, whenever i try to record mic for a setled time it loads for very long time (the "processing" takes forever until i refresh the page") and it did'nt managed to record any audio. Can anyone give a solution to this? would be very helpful to me!

And also, i have other single question, is webserver that we use for the panel affecting the speed of the loading? and is it causing the record audio to fail its function? i'm using 000webhost for the panel, i don't know if it's recommended or not, also i'm an amateur "rat" thing so please be kind to me, lul.

I need suggestions and solutions to this issue and concern, thank you!

i will try another hosting, i just read that it dont recommend to use 000webhost
