Keymagic keyboard not working in another account in the same laptop

I am using Malayalam-Mozhi-2.0 Malayalam keyboard layout. It works fine in one of my account, but does not run in another.

Keymagic application works properly and the keyboard layout on and off also works fine. I get this Malayalam Mozhi on and off message on the center of the screen, but the keyboard does not change. I still get English characters while typing. When I check the task manager, the layout is running in it too. Please help me.
