it worked yesterday but now it doesnt pop up anymore i tried reinstalling it but it didnt work.

Steps you can take to fix the issue:

Disable BeamMP, disable and re-enable Beam Advisor, if you use BeamMP
Clear cache
Ensure your vehicle is not in neutral
Remove all your UI apps and add Beam Advisor back
Right click in the area Beam Advisor is
