I'm using latest version (2.0.5) on Linux Mint 20.3 with NCR-80 NCR80 R2 ISO version from Ymdk.
When I start VIA it doesn't recognize automatically the keyboard display forever "searching for devices".
Ymdk provide a json file which is designed for ANSI hotswap : loading it from Design Tab finally it seems that the keyboard is recognized and I can made some changes (keys assignments) then I can save my changes to file.
If I load that file from "Load Saved layout" from configure Tab it works but if I try to load same file from "Load Draft definition" of Design tab it says that some objects are missing (layouts, productid, VendorId, etc.).
If I open the file I saved from Configure Tab in a text editor it seems a little different from the one provided by Ymdk. ProductId and VendorId are no presents. Basically I must use the json from Ymdk to make VIA works when I start it then I could load my own json file with saved changes from Configure Tab which sounds absurd to me... am I doing something wrong?
How can I save a valid json file from VIA that could be used at VIA startup to made my keyboard recognized?
