Topos tab doesn't indicate Annotations

Annotations are often used to split crag areas into easy to read chunks, by ignoring this info, the topos tab becomes hard to decipher, particularly when they are out of order #59

Can you please link a crag where there are annotations under topos?
@scd As we see, the api does not give data for annotations under topos. Can you please confirm this?

It doesn't, but it should, as it is the only way to make sense of a pile of small (2-4 route) topos with no contextual shot. Otherwise you may as well not have that tab, as people will go in from the route index where there is some contextual information to help you find the route you are after.
