Higher CPR with top rope than sport ascent. Inconsistent tick shift?

When you log a sports route as hang dogged you get a tick shift of -650.
However, when you log a top rope ascent as hang dogged or failed attempt you get only -200 tick shift.
Yielding a higher CPR for a top rope log vs a sport log.

Or: is there an extra penalty for top rope ticks? However, then there is a bug, because my top rope log shows up with the CPR of a sport attempt in the CPR page.
