Crag Guide PDF stuff for Brendan

I'm just documenting the stuff that is probably easiest for Brendan to do, to finish off the PDF Crag Guides.

• topo lines to include numbers in SVG
• ticks as separate images. 6x6 pixels means they will fit nicely for the current line size.
• star image 6x6 (actually not really necessary because the PDF package scales it to a smaller size if we need to)
• maps

topos are all done.

for both ticks and stars I'll do them as 16x16 pixel images so they are oversampled and will print better. Isn't needed for this release so will break off into another issue.

Maps should wait til the maps is released on the website first. Note that if we use the google maps static api for embedding maps into the PDF's (which we are allowed to do) then we cannot sell them.
