ACK once #10678 is in and https://yum.theforeman.org/pulpcore/3.49/ exists (it does not, yet)

Thanks @evgeni ! @theforeman/packaging I believe the rpms are pushed to yum.theforeman.org when the pulpcore nightly pipelines are green. I am not entirely sure why they're failing though. |

Merging this one, when we branch the next version of Katello, we will need to pin from nightly to 3.49. Thanks @sjha4 |
