Add a setting to control a site's default theme selection (light/dark/auto)

It would be neat if it was possible to control the default theme selection with a setting in your config.toml file, e.g. like this:

  # (Optional, default auto) Specify the default theme selection for your site.
  # The available options are `light`, `dark` and `auto`
  geekdocDefaultThemeSelection = "auto"

That's not that simple. As the Switch is controlled by JavaScript and a setting stored in the users local storage. For the CSS part its fully controlled by a media query dependent on the clients preferences. So right now I don't see a good and reliable way to handle it.

Is there an easy way to switch off the mode? I'd like it to be always "light" mode (works better with my OpenAPI spec)

Right now there is no easy way. You would have to overwrite the layout files manually and remove:

• the dark mode JavaScript file
• the CSS media-query target

(and maybe I miss something)
