1.0 Roadmap

I'd like to get this package to a 1.0 release.

Here's the roadmap I've got in mind:

0.9 - Upgrade dependencies to latest

I'm marking this is a major version upgrade since it'd include a major version upgrade of TFJS.

0.10 - First class Node support

Folks have been using this library in Node but with various issues. With robust integration tests in place now I think we can offer first-class support for Node in the library.

0.11 - Rethink model configurations

I'd like to rethink the way this library loads models, to better support new models (and models from the community).

There's some other miscellaneous stuff I'd like to include prior to the 1.0 release (#9).

Is there anything else that should make the list prior to 1.0?

UPDATE (2/3/22)

0.9 has been released, and 0.10 is currently being tackled and released via canary (0.10.0-canary.x)

A beta version of 1.0.0 was released on 7/15/22. Learn more here about what's included.

If you are migrating from <=0.12, and you are using a custom model, you will need to modify how you load models. If you are using the default model (e.g., not providing a model argument) then no changes are needed.
