Please add this package to Cygwin so when I look for Cygwin packages I can find and install.

Hrm, I have no idea how to do that. Also, this isn't really a Cygwin package, i.e. not compiled from GNU/Linux source - it's a pure Windows program; I'd make an educated guess that they wouldn't accept any outside contributions like this.
