(German) umlauts are not converted

Umlauts are not handled, eg. Ä should become AE, but those characters are left out instead

Morse code doesn't support umlauts, that's why they have to be converted like this. if someone wants to add other characters, please write which characters and how to resemble them, like I did with the example.
