Allow for company name to be included within optional prefix for multi-tenancy buildings, so that there is no name clash to naming originating from different organisations.

Proposal to add an org field into the QR code and an optional prefix before the building name.
Any thoughts against it?

Negative points:

• when the organisation changes (new tenant in a building), the devices might have to be reconfigured to point to different endpoints/device names, generating more work to keep the data up-to-date
• when the organisation ownership of a device changes, the physical tag would have the name of the old organisation and therefore need to be updated, generating more work to keep the data up-to-date
