Question id="thirdPartyOrigin" is not displaying as a result of multiple dependencies in a nested if (A&B) in https://github.com/theodi/open-data-certificate/blob/feature-flowchart-documentation/prototype/jurisdictions/certificate.GB.xml:

Duplicate of theodi/open-data-certificate#1218, blocks #690
