Clicking New Game shows yourself as having joined the new game, but hasn't actually joined #1

Refreshing the page no longer shows the player, and allows you to click the Join Game button

Not sure which bug this was (probably a server connectivity one), but has been fixed now. Sequence to start a game has also been reworked
