Parts that need to be reloaded Theme |

Taxonomy Configuration loader can not handle new added taxonomies to running system. |
|
Theme-Template loading is still a problem. I think we should remove reloading of host for the moment. |

We need some way to update or reload a vhost after a module has been added or the theme changed
