I test your code on word 2016(16.0.12624.20422) 32 bits, but it seems normally, nothing different.
Doc1.docx is the original file, and output.docx is injected code "

From my end it looks like the XML structure of online videos might've changed when running it. Does the script output any errors for you?
I'll see if I have free time to fix it.

Maybe you are right, but when I open the docx, it doesn't output any errors.
Maybe office has fixed the bug, I don't know.
