I rewrote the docs to make them in line with current features and practices for installing Kebechet. I also created a section to help with first time installation for users.

updating Python projects based on [pipenv](https://docs.pipenv.org/) files (`Pipfile` and `Pipfile.lock`) or

replacement for it)
