Support ipv4 & ipv6 flags for kubernetes workers

Currently the workers can't be deployed with a public ipv4 or ipv6, if possible it would be more convenient to support these flags for the kubernetes workers.

The flags are still not available when i executed tf-grid-cli deploy kubernetes -h.

I've also checked https://github.com/threefoldtech/tfgrid-sdk-go/pull/12/files and tried to use the flags mentioned there but it also didn't work.

Verified.

The flags were added in tf-grid-cli deploy kubernetes -h

and the deployment was successful with these flags.

and the ips are returned from tf-grid-cli get kubernetes
