According to discussion on issue #4 , the 3 merges had conflicting modifications on the same functions (in setup.php, task.class.php and also config.class.php). I should have addressed one issue at a time. This PR solves those conflicts. All settings tested for all situations. Code standard and functions tested OK in Travis CI.
