Describe the bug

https://github.com/tier4/scenario_simulator_v2/blob/master/common/math/geometry/include/geometry/linear_algebra.hpp

and

https://github.com/tier4/scenario_simulator_v2/blob/master/common/math/geometry/include/geometry/vector3/operator.hpp

have exactly the same functions implemented and are a hotbed of bugs.
It would be desirable to unify the implementation of https://github.com/tier4/scenario_simulator_v2/blob/master/common/math/geometry/include/geometry/vector3/operator.hpp

implementation should be unified.
