Add Libre FM integration

There are two ways to submit scrobbling:

1. Deprecated Last.fm Submissions Protocol v1.2.1.
2. Modern Scrobbling 2.0 REST API (changes).

Nuvola currently uses Scrobbling 2.0 API for Last.fm. It used to work also for Libre.fm, but it stopped working around 2014-06-28 and was not included in Nuvola 3 for that reason.

As of 2018-03-04, Scrobbling 2.0 API still does not work for Libre.fm, so it is necessary to use the deprecated API 👎

Nuvola Player 2 provides Libre FM integration (see screenshot below). It would be great to have this feature in Nuvola Player 3 too.
