The latest VRF release does not bundle textures into exported GLB models, which the model viewer currently assumes.

Possible resolutions:

Petition to revert ValveResourceFormat/ValveResourceFormat@343e8d9
Introduce a new flag for VRF to support this bundling
Simply adjust the model viewer to work without bundled textures
