Should N4868 be used instead of N4861 here?

N4868 only contains editorial fixes since the C++20 standard (see N4867). IMO N4868, like N3337/N4140, is more preferable than N4861.

I suppose I can pluck out N4868 from the git history - it looks like I did make a build then.

Done. It has two extra commits that got force-pushed away in the actual N4868, but those appear to be pure LaTeX cleanups that should have no effect on the rendered output.

In the future this sort of requests should be made close to the draft's publication. It's a lot more work to generate HTML for a historical draft.
