Problem with logiing via OSM

On mapwarper You can't login via OSM

Problem was server was trying and failing with timeout to resolve osm server via ipv6
Server was also timing out just doing wget google.com as it was trying ipv6 before ipv4. (Obviously something is wrong somewhere - maybe firewall or resolver or something). So we need to just make it work with v4.

solution was to edit /etc/gai.conf and add this line:

precedence  2001:470::0/32   5

which forces it to use ipv4 and then restart apache
