Replying and forwarding, avatars sent out of band, trusted badges

Multiple new features:

• Replying to messages.
• Forwarding messages.
• Avatars can now be sent as URLs.
• Trusted badges: verified account, staff account, danger.
• Translations updated, lots of missing strings added.
• SwiftWebSockets replaced with stock URLSessionWebSocket.
• TopicInfo refactored into multiple screens.
• All icons8 icons replaced due to licensing.
• Multiple bug fixes.
