Hello,
I've noticed that ANSIBLE_ROLE is found only if it is at TEMPLATE/CONTEXT/ANSIBLE_ROLE while I would like to specify in user context (USER_TEMPLATE/ANSIBLE_ROLE). Is this a bug or by design?
