We need to check what happens if hostname provided in a configuration resolves to different IP while application is running.
One scenario when this may happen if hostname points to a load balancer and underlying physical machine change in time. We should still be able to re-resolve and connect.

Working on changing flow related to connection establishment. This question will not be relevant after this (we will reconnect and re-resolve configured hostname at that point).
