`itm-decode` - decode ITM and DWT protocol packets

itm-decode is a sans-I/O library crate that decodes ITM and DWT protocol packets as defined in the ARMv7-M Architecture Reference Manual, eighth release, appendix D4.

The code in this repository is distributed under the terms of both the MIT license and the Apache License (Version 2.0).
