Contextify is broken in the newer versions of node. Can anything be done to remove the dependency?

The dependency is already removed, and has been since jsdom 4.0.0.

Thanks! I just realized some how the cache was installing my previous
version of jsdom. If I forced with jsdom@6.5.1 it works.
