Hi Mr.tnodir, I hope you are doing well.

first of all, I like your recently changes about dark theme, color of system tray icon and the (Animate Alert Icon feature) is super cool.
The dark theme become more and more impressive.

But I want to tell you about two things please:

1- After I reboot my PC and open the FortFirewall (Programs) window, when I try to click or select any Application, I noticed that the window become laggy and not responding for seconds, after that it becomes normal. this always happen after reboot or start FortFirewall for first time.

2- On programs UI window, I suggest to relocate (State) column next to (Name) column, so we can see the App state without needing to Maximize the window or moving the slide , OR you can just make the columns movable, See Pictures bellow:

Thank you so much for this piece of art.

Testing ...
Thanks a lot.
BTW you can also make Group column after State column. (Name | State | Group| ..... etc).

What about program UI window become laggy issue?

It’s how it now, i.e. name, state, group, path, time. Or do you have other order of columns?

What about program UI window become laggy issue?

It should work better now. Is it still laggy on first startup?

Well, Here what I found on v3.6.8 :
1- The order of (name, state, group, path, time) is correct and pretty nice, thanks.

2- The program UI still laggy and not responding for seconds after reboot or first starting.

3- There is a critical bug happened, after you change any thing on options it won't apply or save changes, that's weird.

I've to reproduce this on slow computer...

Yes

I've to reproduce this on slow computer...

Yes, my PC is kind of slow, but program UI still need to optimize speed, you can reproduce this on VMware/Vbox using small amount of resources like slow PC.

Thanks for fixing release 3.6.9

Last night I tested it
It's a little bit better than before but still lag for 2 or 3 sec
But no problem.
Also, some times the message " Service isn't response" appears when I allow or block or even remove apps.
I resolve it by exit fortfirewall.exe first, and restart fortfirewallSVC and run fortfirewall.exe again.
I always hate this bug. I thought you fixed it before.

@anwar-alsilwy 1. What are specs of your computer: CPU, RAM, HDD?
2. What Windows version?
3. How many seconds does Windows start up?
4. Try to turn off the "Collect blocked connections" flag in Options: Statistics.

Actually you can't slow down CPU or HDD in VM.
It seems you have slow HDD in your case.

1- CPU: Intel Core i3 1st generation, Ram: 4 GB DDR3, HDD: 160 GB.
2- Windows 10 21H2
3- windows takes about 1m:15sec to boot to desktop
4- I will try to turn off "Collect blocked connections" tomorrow.
BTW, yes my HDD is slow.
Thanks.

Hi Mr.tnodir
I recently tested FF 3.7.2, here are my notes:

1- Program UI become more faster than before when first start after boot, still not responding for 2 or 3 sec but maybe my PC is slow.

2- hotkeys, color and animate tray icon working just fine.

3- Password function is pretty genius, but I have two notes:
A: [ Bug ] When I enable password function, It works just fine but sometimes without known reason, password disappear and become completely open, and that's weird.
B: [ Request ] password function need more protection, when I uninstall FF it requires exit from tray icon and FF won't exit without password and that's fine, but I still can kill FF from task manager and uninstall FF normally, So we need password request when try to uninstall it.

4- Group Speed limit is working just fine and I'm not facing any issues or BSOD so far.

5- Quota function not working as expected, because sometimes I set daily quota to (e.g 20 MiB) and set ( stop internet traffic when quota exceed) and clear the daily statistics, but unfortunately internet keeps working over 20 MiB and even quota warning message not appear.
After I exit and open FF many times quota works normally.

6- I noticed that FF detect FortFirewallSvc when restarting service automatically and that's great 👍, BUT (Service isn't responding) message still appear from time to time 😔.
I reproduce this issues with temporary solution.

Thank you so much Master @tnodir for this piece of art,
You have all respect.
