Add weapon ammunition, a character portrait and a better health indicator.

#5 Complete UI Overhaul, #6 Night Vision

Complete UI Overhaul:
-Added Player Icon
-Added Ammunition, with magazine and total amount of ammo indicators
-Health Packs giving the ability to heal
-Options menu added (access with P)
-Objective tab added (access with Tab)
Night Vision:
Night vision implemented, not fully
