Create new wireframe for todogroup.org

TODO website can be improved to make more visible all the resources and upcoming events.

Creating a wireframe to see how do we want the new website to be can be a good starting point.

This is the wireframe idea I've been working on to have in one single place all the different OSPO resources (I would like to see todogroup.org more like an "OSPO Hub" where people can go and learn about OSPOs)

Maybe we can divide TODO Group members by region (EU, US, Asia, etc) and have specific sections for each one showing up on the wireframe.

How would the 'location' for a member company be determined? Many of our companies are global.

@kpfleming I was thinking about having a general TODO member's page, adding as a new section the different chapters that the TODO group has (e.g the TODO EU Chapter), and mention its members involved with the organization they belong to 🤔

My advice is to just use the data from the OSPO Landscape which comes from crunchbase + we can add extra attributes in the landscape.yml https://github.com/todogroup/ospolandscape/blob/master/landscape.yml I think we can find a way to make this programmatic end of day
