validation fo DTD fail

Environment:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.copy DTD section from docs/manifest-format.txt and place into 
http://www.validome.org/grammar/validate/  sourcecode
2.Select DTD and press validate


What is the expected output? 
Expected to be valid
What do you see instead?

Error:       Attribute type is required within declaration of attribute "CDATA" 
for element "url".

 Error Position:         <!ATTLIST url CDATA #REQUIRED>
