RFE: Statusbar features for instrument display

1. The ability to display text overlaid on the chart, similar to Statusbar.
2. Ability to display 4 or 5 separate lines of text in this manner, and to locate it on the screen separately.
3. Ability to use any of the Tactics values.
4. Use the Statusbar features for text font and size selection and color and transparency.
5. I expect that for racing tactical display, that Performance parameters will be displayed, like Polar Speed, Actual and Target CMG, Actual and Target Boat Speed. Target CMG Angle and {what?) not COG.
