Tidy up SAVE/ZSAVE? #22

Have plain SAVE (abbreviation S) do a save under the default name, if there is one.

ZSAVE is then redundant.

Still need ZRUN (or equivalent) - does it need a new name? ZRUN now makes no sense, but the abbreviation Z is at least unique.
