Due to the security update https://blog.mega.io/e2ee-security-update MEGA has changed the inner workings of the accounts by adding a new cryptographic layer. This affects MegaBasterd uploads by requiring the user to save the public folder/file link that MegaBasterd returns after finishing an upload (select UPLOAD LOG checkbox in new upload dialog). If you did not save MegaBasterd link and try to access/generate that folder link from the MEGA website you will get a key error (the same will happen if you try to move or rename something uploaded by megabasterd).

I don't plan in the short/medium term to update this, due to lack of time (not a trivial update). If this poses a problem, I recommend taking a look at other applications for uploading to MEGA such as MegaDoctor https://github.com/tonikelope/megadoctor

EDIT:
The trick of moving the folder uploaded by MegaBasterd to a new folder NO LONGER WORKS.

It becomes MANDATORY to activate the upload log to have a text file with all the public links of the upload and keep it in a safe place, but I CANNOT GUARANTEE that those links will work in the future if MEGA changes anything. USE ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK

EDIT2:
FIX -> https://github.com/tonikelope/megabasterd/releases/tag/v7.77
