Qt Designer does not load plug-ins when launched from within QDevelop #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a Qt Designer plug-in, for example the QScintilla2 plug-in
2. Create a new dialog in QDevelop
3. Double-click the dialog inside QDevelop's project browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: Designer opens the dialog and lists its plug-ins in the
widget box. (See attached screenshot designer-ext.png)
Actual Output: Designer opens the dialog and does not list plug-ins in the
widget box. (See attached screenshot designer-int.png)


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QDevelop 0.23 
Ubuntu 7.04 with KDE
Qt 4.2.3 (apt-get packages)

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems like a Qt problem. Sorry, not something we can control.
