If I understand correctly, the tool is not usable currently?

Sadly, the OAuth consumer is still under review here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:OAuthListConsumers/view/bf7acc95275ac2e73380b7a039f14891&name=&publisher=01tonythomas&stage=0

Until that time it will only work under my username :-(

• Step 3: Popup blocked by Firefox. I don't think I see that with other Oauth apps
• Step 5: App is not verified
• Step 10: Clicking on the edit button, or on the big blue button, has no effect. F12 Network and Console do not show any activity upon clicking. There are other errors though, not sure if related:

Hmm. I think its broken on firefox for sure. I will try to get the app verified on Google though. Thank you for reporting that.

Now we also have CI. I think I will close this now and wait for the OAUth approval on the other task.
