I take a look in the jquery grid local files.
Some text are not completely translated.

e.g.:
emptyrecords:"No records to view",
pgtext:"Page {0} of {1}"},
...

Hello,
The {0} is a template value which is replaced during the request. So no need for translation

Those were examples of values not translated!
the correct italian values should be:
emptyrecords:"Nessun records da visualizzare",
pgtext:"Pagina {0} di {1}"},

maybe there are other labels that have not been translated...

Seems everything OK. The important thing here are srcformat and newformat. The other are just quick templates.
