  1. cmdRunWithTimeout 會產生 error message Setpgid failed, error: permission denied
  2. 用這邊的unit test 來測之後，發現無法處理 orphan process
  3. 我是用這邊來做相同的事。
    cmd.SysProcAttr = &syscall.SysProcAttr{Setsid: true}
